RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any item purchased at a discounted price (including bundles, discount codes, marked down, clearance etc) is considered a sale item and cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Options
1. Exchange for a different item or size (customers requesting an exchange will be required to cover the shipping cost of the new item)
2. Return for store credit of the full order amount (not including any shipping or customs fees). Store credit is valid for 3 years which can be used storewide.
3. Refund to your original payment method minus a 10% processing fee to offset the cost incurred for fulfilment and restocking (applies to full price items only)
🇺🇸 US CUSTOMERS: We’re unfortunately unable to offer direct exchanges. Due to tariffs and import regulations, items will need to be returned first for store credit, and any new items can then be repurchased separately.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs (incl. duties/taxes) if they didn't opt into paying for 'Free Return Shipping’ upon checkout.
Store credit is non-refundable, and cannot be used for shipping, dispatch or processing fees.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, no marks, no stains) with tags and liners still attached. Free gifts (including the Flatbaby dust bag) must be returned if part or all of the order is being returned. If an order is returned without the free gifts and dust bag, the value of the free item/s will be deducted from the return amount.
If you return an order that had a discount code applied, the discount code will not be available again for a new purchase. Our discount codes are for one time use.
We hold the right to refuse return if the product/s received is damaged, or does not meet our return conditions. If your return request is rejected, you will need to pay the shipping fee to have the item/s posted back to you.
International customs & duties
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees.
If delivery is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your store credit.
Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order, as these vary by location.
