What does the padding look/feel like?
Our padding is soft and lightweight. Our cups are designed with graduated padding, sculpting your bust into a more enhanced, fuller shape.
The padding lifts your boobs upwards and pushed towards the center to create super flattering cleavage.
Is your padding thick?
Yes, it is. To achieve maximum lift and cleavage, sufficient padding is needed. But don’t worry, it doesn’t feel bulky and you’ll still look natural!

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to color as possible. However, with different lighting and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Orders
Where is my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking info. Delivery times provided are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Sometimes there are delays within the postal network that are beyond our control.
If you haven't received your order and it has been a few business days past the expected delivery date, please contact us at contact@flatbabyswimwear.com asap 💕
Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we cannot amend or cancel the order.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my order?
Some countries require custom duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. Orders will not be refunded if the customer fails to pay the duties required to accept delivery.

Where will my order be shipped from?
Orders are packed and dispatched from our location in Melbourne, Australia.
What happens if I don’t collect my parcel or the parcel did not deliver successfully?
Please email us at contact@flatbabyswimwear.com if this happens and we'll try to help! Chances are you'll have to reach out to the postal service yourself to find out what happened.
Unfortunately, we don't have any control over their services.
In this situation, you'll be liable for any further shipping charges.
Incorrect details given
Should a package fail to be delivered due to an incorrect, missing, or misspelled address, it’s unfortunately the customer's responsibility and not covered by us or our shipping insurance.
We can’t send a replacement or refund in these instances. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to the courier to recover it. If the package comes back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
