What does the TechLift™️ padding look/feel like?

Our TechLift™️ padding is thicker than all swimwear brands in the market. This thickness is necessary to achieve maximum lift and cleavage. But don’t worry, it doesn’t feel bulky and you’ll still look natural!

It's soft and lightweight so you can wear it all day.

The cups are designed with graduated padding, sculpting your bust into a more enhanced, fuller shape.

The padding lifts your boobs upwards and pushed towards the center to create super flattering cleavage.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or decline to pay any import duties or taxes, Flatbaby Swimwear cannot issue a refund or replacement. Once the parcel is returned to us, we will provide store credit for the item(s) only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

If you would like the parcel resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details once dispatched.

Pre-Orders: Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order is ready.

Want your in-stock items sooner? Please order them separately.

Shipping delayed

Flatbaby is not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Orders are packed and dispatched from our location in Melbourne, Australia.

What happens if I don’t collect my parcel or the parcel did not deliver successfully?

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service to keep you updated with any delivery issues, required actions, or pickup notifications.

Please contact your local post office directly if there are any delays or if your parcel hasn’t arrived, they’ll have the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been dispatched.

If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t collected in time or due to any delivery issues, we’re only able to offer store credit. If you’d prefer to have it resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

Incorrect details given

Should a package fail to be delivered due to an incorrect, missing, or misspelled address, it’s unfortunately the customer's responsibility and not covered by us or our shipping insurance.

We can’t send a replacement or refund in these instances. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to the courier to recover it. If the package comes back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

1. The Important Stuff
Our Black Friday Sale starts 18/11/25 AEDT and ends 01/12/25 AEDT, or while stocks last.
By shopping the sale, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our standard Returns Policy
We may make small changes to the promotion (like extending or adjusting offers) at any time if needed.

2. Discounts & Offers
Up to 40% off storewide, discounts are automatically applied at checkout.
No other discount codes can be used with Black Friday offers unless stated otherwise.
All discounts are valid only during the sale period and can’t be applied to past or future orders.

3. Free Gift Offer 🎁
AU orders over AUD$200 / International orders over AUD$250 during the Black Friday Sale will receive a free beach dress (while stock lasts).
The free gift will be automatically added to qualifying orders, no code needed!
If your order total falls below the minimum spend after returns, the free gift must be returned or its value may be deducted from your store credit/refund.

This offer is only available while stocks last. Once we sell out of the beach dress, the offer can’t be substituted or redeemed for any other item, discount or cash value.

4. Stock Availability
Everything is available while stocks last.
Adding something to your cart doesn’t reserve it. If you love it, checkout quickly before it’s gone.
If something sells out, we unfortunately can’t offer rainchecks or pre-orders unless specified.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Because this is our biggest sale of the year, all Black Friday orders are only eligible for the following options, within 14 days of delivery.
A) Exchange for a different item/size (Customers requesting an exchange will be required to cover the shipping cost of the new item)
B) Return for store credit of the full order amount (not including any shipping fees). Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and is valid for 3 years which can be used storewide.
Please double-check your size using our Size Guide or contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

6. Shipping & Processing
Due to high demand, please allow extra time for your order to be processed and shipped.
We’re doing our best to pack everything with care, but delivery times may be longer than usual during the sale.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will ship once all items are ready.

9. Responsibility & Limitation
Flatbaby Swimwear is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or technical issues that arise after shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Can I return/exchange items if I change my mind?

Yes! All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs (incl. duties/taxes) if they didn't opt into paying for Redo Free Returns Protection upon checkout.

Return, refund and exchange policy

All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, no marks, no stains) with tags and liners still attached. Free gifts (including the Flatbaby dust bag) must be returned if part or all of the order is being returned. If an order is returned without the free gifts and dust bag, the value of the free item/s will be deducted from the return amount.

If you return an order that had a discount code applied, the discount code will not be available again for a new purchase. Our discount codes are for one time use.

We hold the right to refuse return if the product/s received is damaged, or does not meet our return conditions. If your return request is rejected, you will need to pay the shipping fee to have the item/s posted back to you.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are considered final.

While we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee this. If a cancellation is approved, it will incur a 10% merchant processing fee.

We cannot cancel your order after it's been dispatched.

International customs & duties

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable duties or fees.

Wear & tear

We take pride in using the finest fabrics and dyes, but some of our delicate garments may experience wear and tear over time.

Flatbaby reserves the right to repair or replace your garment. We are not liable for fabric pilling, pulling, deterioration (like loss of elasticity), or color changes (running or fading).

To ensure your swimwear lasts as long as possible, please follow our Care Instructions.

Do you refund shipping and customs fees?

No. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund any shipping fees, priority dispatch fees, customs duties or taxes.

Return packages must be shipped using a traceable method (tracking number).

Flatbaby Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or damaged items caused during shipping.

I received a faulty/incorrect item

In the rare occasion you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at contact@flatbabyswimwear.com and we will resolve this quickly!

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you’re securing an item before it's officially restocked and available to ship. This guarantees you won’t miss out once it’s back!

What happens if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

Your entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you’d like the in-stock items sent first, we recommend placing a separate order for those.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Will I get tracking once it ships?
