Can I return an item?

Yes! All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We offer store credit for sale items (including bundles and using discount codes), less any shipping costs paid.

If you purchased a full priced item, you can also choose a refund to your original payment method (minus a 10% restocking fee), less any shipping costs paid.

Any item bought at a discounted price, including bundles and using discount codes, is considered a sale item. Refunds are not available for sale items.

Store credit is non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

We’re not able to offer exchanges for U.S. orders. If you’d like to swap sizes, you can return your item for store credit and then use that credit to place a new order on our website ☺️

What makes an item eligible for return?

All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, no marks, no stains) with tags and liners still attached.

Free gifts (including the Flatbaby dust bag) must be returned if part or all of the order is being returned. If an order is returned without the free gifts and dust bag, the value of the free item/s will be deducted from the return amount.

We hold the right to refuse return if the product/s received is damaged, or does not meet our return conditions. If your return request is rejected, you will need to pay the shipping fee to have the item/s posted back to you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility (including any duties/taxes if applicable) unless you opted for ‘free returns’ at checkout.

Do you refund shipping costs?

No. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund any shipping fees, Redo fees, priority dispatch fees, customs duties or taxes.

Can I use my discount code again?

If you return an order that had a discount code applied, the discount code will not be available again for a new purchase. Our discount codes are for one time use.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are final (including preorders), so we’re not able to accept cancellations or changes once your order is placed.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Nope! All our prices include duties and taxes.

Will there be any further charges when my order arrives?

Nope! Everything’s handled at checkout. Duties and taxes are already included, so your bikinis will show up at your door with no surprise fees.

Express Shipping via DHL EXPRESS (3-5 Business Days)
All orders: $30USD

How long does dispatch take?

All orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Estimated shipping times are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or any unexpected shipping delays.

Preorders: Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order is ready.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details once dispatched.

I haven't received my parcel yet

🌍 Your parcel is first handled by AusPost, then passed on to USPS. If your tracking link doesn’t show an estimated delivery time, please contact them first.

Your parcel is often already there waiting for you to collect. It’s USPS' responsibility to notify you of any required action or pickup. Not us ☺️

Flatbaby is not liable for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they’ve been dispatched.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our location in Melbourne, Australia.
