🌍 International/Outside of Australia Customers: Your parcel is first handled by AusPost, then passed to your local postal service. If your tracking link doesn’t show an estimated delivery time, please contact your local post office. Your parcel is often already there waiting for you to collect, or being held until any local duties or taxes are paid. It’s your local postal service’s responsibility to notify you of any required action or pickup. Not us ☺️

While 90% of the time your parcel will arrive as expected, there is a small 10% chance that unforeseen circumstances with the courier could cause delays. Once your order is with the courier, it is unfortunately beyond our control.

If your parcel is running late, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly as they’ll have the latest updates.

If you need your order by a certain date, we suggest playing it safe and choosing express shipping, just to be sure!

All orders are shipped from Australia. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country’s import regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

United Kingdom
Orders valued at £135 or under include VAT at checkout. Orders above £135 may incur import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees upon arrival.

European Union
Orders valued at €150 or under include VAT at checkout. Orders above €150 may incur import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees upon arrival.

For all other countries, duties and import taxes may be charged by your local customs authority once the parcel arrives in your country. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and we are unable to pre-pay them.

If you are unsure whether your order may incur import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or decline to pay any duties or import taxes, Flatbaby Swimwear cannot issue a refund or replacement. Once the parcel is returned to us, we will provide store credit for the item(s) only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

If you would like the parcel resent, additional shipping fees will apply.

By selecting Authority to Leave, you acknowledge that responsibility for the order transfers to you once it has been marked as delivered. We are unable to accept liability for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once it’s handed over to the courier.

Flatbaby is not liable for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service to keep you updated with any delivery issues, required actions, or pickup notifications.

Please contact your local post office directly if your parcel hasn’t arrived, they’ll have the most accurate information.

Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after they’ve been dispatched.

Flatbaby will not offer a refund or replacement.

Should a package fail to be delivered due to an incorrect, missing, or misspelled address, unfortunately it is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by us.

We can’t send a replacement or refund in these instances. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to the courier to recover it.

If the package comes back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
