Once your order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service to keep you updated with any delivery issues, required actions, or pickup notifications.
Please contact your local post office directly if your parcel hasn’t arrived, they’ll have the most accurate information.
Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after they’ve been dispatched.
Flatbaby will not offer a refund or replacement.
Incorrect details given
Should a package fail to be delivered due to an incorrect, missing, or misspelled address, unfortunately it is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by us.
We can’t send a replacement or refund in these instances. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to the courier to recover it.
If the package comes back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
