EU Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, click here: Start a Withdrawal
You will be required to manually ship your return parcel back to us and pay the cost of the return shipping.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, or, if later, once we receive your returned item or proof that it has been shipped. Proof of shipment must show the parcel has been accepted by the courier and is in transit (e.g. a tracking number). A shipping label alone is not sufficient.
If your item is not returned in its original condition (e.g. it shows signs of wear, has been washed, is marked or stained, or is missing its original tags or packaging), and this reduces its resale value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund. This does not affect your right to cancel your order.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal begins on the day you receive your order, this is considered Day 1. You have until the end of the 14th day from this date to notify us if you wish to withdraw from your order. After this period ends, any returns or exchanges will be subject to our standard Returns Policy.

Return Conditions
All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, no marks, no stains) with tags and liners still attached. Free gifts (including the Flatbaby dust bag) must be returned if part or all of the order is being returned. If an order is returned without the free gifts and dust bag, the value of the free item/s will be deducted from the return amount.
If you return an order that had a discount code applied, the discount code will not be available again for a new purchase. Our discount codes are for one time use.
We hold the right to refuse return if the product/s received is damaged, or does not meet our return conditions. If your return request is rejected, you will need to pay the shipping fee to have the item/s posted back to you.
Faulty Items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us so we can assess the issue. If your item is found to be faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in our Returns Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
