CUSTOMS DUTY/TAXES: Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery depending on their duty policy. They may not release your parcel until it is paid. Any local government import duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Flatbaby reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.
Just a heads up—our estimated shipping times start the day after dispatch and don’t include weekends, public holidays, or any customs delays.
While 90% of the time your parcel will arrive as expected, there is a small 10% chance that unforeseen circumstances with the courier could cause delays. Once your order is with the courier, it is unfortunately beyond our control.
If your parcel is running late, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly as they’ll have the latest updates.
If you need your order by a certain date, we suggest playing it safe and choosing express shipping, just to be sure!

Chances are you'll have to reach out to the postal service yourself to find out what happened. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over their services. We don't accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
In this situation, you'll be liable for any further shipping charges.
Replacement items will only be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
Should a package fail to be delivered due to an incorrect, missing, or misspelled address, unfortunately it is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by us or our shipping insurance.
We can’t send a replacement or refund in these instances. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, please reach out to the courier to recover it.
If the package comes back to our warehouse, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
