By participating in the Golden Summer Giveaway, entrants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is Flatbaby Pty Ltd (ABN 20 669 236 042), trading as Flatbaby Swimwear (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

2.2. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2.3. Entrants must provide accurate information and satisfy all eligibility requirements to claim a prize.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The Promotional Period commences on 19 October 2026 and is scheduled to close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 October 2026. The Promoter may extend the closing date where permitted by applicable law. Any extension will be announced on the official giveaway landing page before the then-current closing date, and the Terms & Conditions will be updated accordingly.

3.2. Entries and bonus-entry activities completed after the applicable closing date will not be accepted.

3.3. If the Promotional Period is extended, the draw and winner announcement dates may also be adjusted, subject to applicable law. Any revised dates will be published on the official giveaway landing page.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To receive one (1) standard entry, eligible participants must subscribe to Flatbaby Swimwear's email marketing list through the official Golden Summer Giveaway entry form during the Promotional Period.

4.2. Eligible existing Flatbaby Swimwear email subscribers as at 19 October 2026 will automatically receive one (1) standard entry and do not need to subscribe again.

4.3. Only one (1) standard entry per person is permitted. Multiple form submissions or email addresses will not result in additional standard entries.

4.4. Entry is free, and no purchase is required.

4.5. By subscribing through the giveaway form, entrants expressly consent to receive promotional emails from Flatbaby Swimwear, including product launches, special offers and marketing updates. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in promotional emails.

5. Bonus Entries

5.1. Participants can earn one (1) bonus entry for each eligible Golden Summer Giveaway post published by Flatbaby Swimwear on Instagram or Facebook by commenting the word “GOLDEN” during the Promotional Period.

5.2. A maximum of one (1) bonus entry per person per eligible post is permitted, regardless of how many times they comment on that post.

5.3. To claim bonus entries, participants must enter the exact Instagram or Facebook username they used to leave the qualifying “GOLDEN” comment in the social media handle field of the official giveaway entry form.

5.4. Bonus entries will only be awarded once the qualifying comments have been verified by Flatbaby Swimwear.

5.5. Comments must remain visible and accessible for verification. Deleted comments, comments on ineligible posts or comments submitted outside the Promotional Period will not qualify.

5.6. Bonus entries are only valid for participants who hold a valid standard entry.

5.7. Eligible giveaway posts are those published by Flatbaby Swimwear that expressly advertise the “GOLDEN” comment bonus-entry opportunity.

6. Prizes

There will be two (2) winners.

Grand Prize — Winner 1

The first winner will receive:

• One (1) exclusive, unreleased Flatbaby bikini set

• One (1) AUD $200 Booking.com accommodation voucher

• One (1) AUD $200 Qantas flight voucher

Runner-Up Prize — Winner 2

The second winner will receive:

• One (1) exclusive, unreleased Flatbaby bikini set

6.1. The total prize pool is advertised as AUD $600.

6.2. All prize values are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD).

6.3. Bikini sizes are subject to availability.

6.4. The exclusive unreleased bikini colour will be selected by Flatbaby Swimwear. Winners cannot exchange the exclusive bikini for another colour, style or product, except where required by law.

6.5. The AUD $200 accommodation voucher will be provided through Booking.com and is subject to Booking.com's applicable terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, redemption restrictions, eligible accommodation and booking availability.

6.6. The AUD $200 flight voucher will be provided through Qantas and is subject to Qantas' applicable terms and conditions, including any expiry dates, redemption restrictions, eligible flights and booking availability.

6.7. The vouchers may only be redeemed in accordance with the respective providers' terms and conditions. Flatbaby Swimwear cannot guarantee that the vouchers will be suitable for the winners' preferred accommodation, flights, destinations or travel dates.

6.8. The vouchers are intended to contribute towards travel expenses and may not cover the full cost of flights or accommodation. Any additional costs, including amounts exceeding the voucher values, are the responsibility of the winners.

6.9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

6.10. Prize substitutions may only occur where permitted by applicable law.

7. Winner Selection

7.1. Two (2) winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries, including verified bonus entries.

7.2. Each valid standard entry and verified bonus entry will have an equal chance of being drawn.

7.3. The draw will take place on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at 4:00 pm AEDT, at 89 Lewis Road, Wantirna, Victoria 3152, Australia.

7.4. The first eligible entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize, and the second eligible entry drawn will receive the Runner-Up Prize.

7.5. Each participant may win a maximum of one (1) prize. If the same participant is drawn again, another eligible entry will be selected.

7.6. Winners may be required to verify their eligibility before prizes are awarded.

8. Winner Notification and Announcement

8.1. Winners will be contacted via email or mobile number, where provided, within seven (7) days of the draw.

8.2. Winners are scheduled to be publicly announced on Sunday, 8 November 2026, via Flatbaby Swimwear's official social media channels and/or website.

8.3. Winners must respond within thirty (30) days of their initial notification to claim their prize, subject to applicable law.

8.4. Flatbaby Swimwear will never require winners to pay a fee or provide credit card details to claim their prize.

9. Unclaimed Prizes

9.1. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified period or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws.

9.2. Any redraw will take place on a date and at a time and location determined and announced by the Promoter in accordance with applicable law.

9.3. Replacement winners will be notified via email or mobile number, where provided.

10. Prize Delivery

10.1. Physical prizes will be delivered to an eligible Australian delivery address provided by the winner.

10.2. Standard shipping costs for physical prizes will be covered by Flatbaby Swimwear.

10.3. Winners must provide accurate delivery details within the timeframe requested.

10.4. Travel vouchers will be delivered electronically or by another method advised by the Promoter.

11. Privacy and Marketing Consent

11.1. By entering the Golden Summer Giveaway through the official entry form, participants expressly agree to subscribe to Flatbaby Swimwear's email marketing list and receive promotional communications, including emails about new arrivals, product launches, exclusive offers, sales and other marketing updates.

11.2. Subscription to Flatbaby Swimwear's email marketing list is a condition of receiving a standard entry through the giveaway form. Participants must be clearly informed of this requirement before submitting their entry.

11.3. Eligible existing Flatbaby Swimwear email subscribers are automatically entered in accordance with Section 4 and do not need to subscribe again.

11.4. Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in Flatbaby Swimwear's marketing emails or by contacting Flatbaby Swimwear directly.

11.5. Unsubscribing from marketing emails after a valid entry has been submitted will not invalidate that entry or affect the participant's eligibility to win.

11.6. Personal information collected through the giveaway, including names, email addresses, mobile numbers where provided, and social media usernames, will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries and bonus entries, contact winners, distribute prizes and send marketing communications where valid consent has been obtained.

11.7. Personal information may be shared with third-party service providers, including Klaviyo, where reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, manage email communications or distribute prizes.

11.8. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Flatbaby Swimwear's Privacy Policy, available on its official website.

11.9. Participants can contact Flatbaby Swimwear using the contact details on its website to enquire about their personal information or request access to or correction of their details.

12. General Conditions

12.1. Flatbaby Swimwear reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify participants who provide false information, submit fraudulent entries or breach these Terms & Conditions.

12.2. Flatbaby Swimwear may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approvals.

12.3. Flatbaby Swimwear is not responsible for technical issues preventing an entry from being received, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12.4. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

12.5. The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

13.1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

13.2. Entrants acknowledge that the giveaway is administered by Flatbaby Swimwear. Information submitted through the official giveaway form is collected by Flatbaby Swimwear and its service providers. Information shared through Instagram or Facebook, including public comments and usernames, may also be processed by Meta in accordance with its applicable privacy policies.
